Exhibition Arrangemet

Date: Thursday, August 21 Time: 10:00 to 2:00 Theme: Exhibition arrangement. If you are not participating the exhibition, select your own theme. Please keep in mind for our theme of exhibition “Feeling of Fall/ Aki no Koyo”. Materials: Bring own vase, materials and kenzan if you need to use them. Fees: $10 for a member, $15 for non-member

Bring foods to share with others.

Note: 1). Before we start our program, our Flower exhibition chair and co-chair Sharon and JoLea will talk about our exhibition and also ask each of you to be a part of exhibition. Please be there especially if you are participating it.

2). Our boards have updated and amended for our Sogetsu by-law. It’s attach with this mail, please read it. No response implies agreement with the proposed Bylaws.

3). Please RSVP by August 10th either you attend it or not.

4). After workshop and meeting, will have a board meeting.
